Distortion

Who agrees with me that the following image is a CHARCOAL and COLOR PENCIL drawing?

In fact it is not. It’s a shot (Aperture Priority) I took today morning from my Canon EOS7D DSLR. This is definitely a distorted image but for some reason I find it interesting. Do you?
